The portable build includes the official Python embeddable distribution and
the Windows PyQt6 wheels unchanged apart from placing them in a directory
layout. Their license files are retained in the package.

**BoltClam itself is internal software for The Majestic Network; this
repository grants no public license.** If BoltClam is distributed outside an
organization that complies with the GPLv3, obtain a commercial PyQt license
from Riverbank Computing.
