Adds the PyQt6 Windows client (Homepage, Scan & results, About & updates, Settings), ClamAV scanning and quarantine, browser-download watch with an exclusive scan gate, Bolt loopback/PKCE sign-in with DPAPI key storage, Gitea release feed with checksum verification, opt-in diagnostics, and Windows/portable build tooling. The portable build includes the official Python embeddable distribution and the Windows PyQt6 wheels unchanged apart from placing them in a directory layout. Their license files are retained in the package.
BoltClam itself is internal software for The Majestic Network; this repository grants no public license. If BoltClam is distributed outside an organization that complies with the GPLv3, obtain a commercial PyQt license from Riverbank Computing.
